Centre Media Values (CMV) is a community-based, volunteer, Progressive, grassroots organization located in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Our members believe that the future of democracy in our country requires that all points of view be balanced and heard. Our goal is to reach that state of balance by bringing a broader and more diverse range of ideas to the region through the media.

Carter: White House Manipulated Iraq Intel

NEW YORK (AP) - The Bush Administration's prewar claims that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction were "manipulated, at least" to mislead the American people, former President Jimmy Carter said Wednesday.
